INVITATION TO TENDER FOR YEAR 2025 AND YEAR 2026 TETFUND ICT SUPPORT INTERVENTION PROJECTS AND YEAR 2024 – 2026 MERGED TETFUND INSTITUTION-BASED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION

1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Federal Polytechnic, Ngodo-Isuochi, Abia State is a beneficiary of the Year 2025 TETFund ICT Support Intervention, Year 2026 TETFund ICT Support Intervention and Year 2024 – 2026 Merged TETFund IBSd Intervention. Accordingly, and in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Polytechnic hereby invites interested and reputable Contractors/Suppliers with relevant experience and track record to submit a Technical Bid for the projects listed below:

2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS
A YEAR 2025 TETFUND ICT SUPPORT INTERVENTION
1 Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hardware Equipment
2 Renewal and Licensing of Custom Software

B YEAR 2026 TETFUND ICT SUPPORT INTERVENTION
1 Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hardware Equipment

C YEAR 2024 – 2026 MERGED TETFUND INSTITUTION-BASED SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION
1 Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Trade Equipment

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1. or CAC2 and CAC7.
b. Evidence of the Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all the Partners in the case of a Business Name) for the last three (3) years, valid till 31st December, 2026;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.

The successful agency will be appointed for a period of 3 years on a non-exclusive basis.

Lot 1: Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution: The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution is to support its digital transformation agenda, strengthen commercial efficiency, improve operational intelligence, and accelerate smart grid modernization.

Lot 2: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is for the Company’s process automation and integration of the core business functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Asset, and Inventory Management, etc.

DELIVERY LOCATION: Head Office.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Interested firms must demonstrate capacity and experience by submitting the following:
a) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC 2 & 7);
b) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, ending 31 December 2025;
c) Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025);
d) Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria;
e) Company profile with details of key personnel and equipment;
